This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data provided by users through the website www.transitionfestival.org, during the ticket purchase process, event registration, purchase of products or services, subscription to commercial communications, or through any other form made available by the Organisation.

Visiting the website does not require the user to register or provide personal data. 3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The Organisation may process personal data for the following purposes:

3.1. Management of ticket and product purchases

To process the data required to manage the purchase of tickets, add-ons, reservations, products or services related to Transition Festival, including ticket issuance, payment management, access validation, purchaser support and communications related to the purchase.

3.2. Administrative, accounting and tax management

To process the data required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, administrative and invoicing obligations arising from the activity of the Organisation.

3.3. Management of enquiries and requests

To manage the organisation of the event, access to the site, ticket control, accreditations, wristbands, authorisations for minors, security, internal incidents and compliance with the general terms and conditions of the event.
