3.1. The Organisation reserves the right, at any time, to alter, modify or suspend any performance included in the TRANSITION programme. The Organisation shall make its best efforts to avoid any inconvenience that a partial modification of the TRANSITION programme may cause, by restructuring the schedule where necessary.
3.2. In the event of total cancellation or suspension of TRANSITION due to force majeure, legal, administrative, health-related or public safety reasons, or any other circumstance not attributable to the purchaser that makes it impossible to hold the festival, the Organisation shall act in accordance with the applicable legislation on consumers and users. If the cancellation occurs once the festival has already started, any refund, where applicable, shall be assessed proportionally according to the part of the event that has not actually been enjoyed. Adverse weather conditions shall not entitle the purchaser to a refund unless they legally, technically or materially prevent the festival from taking place. Changes to the programme, artists, schedules, stage locations or organisational adjustments shall not entitle the purchaser to a refund of the ticket price, provided that they do not involve the total cancellation of the event.
