Through www.transitionfestival.org there is available 24 hours an online buying service, where you can get tickets and other extras to have a nicer experience in Transition Festival. You also can find third-party channels where you can find our tickets, where you have to accept their terms and conditions.

It is very important that you read all terms and conditions before you buy a ticket, because in the moment of payment, you agree with all of them. If you dont agree with one or more clauses you shouldnt order anything here. Morever, these terms and conditions can be modified following the Law, so make sure you read them before ordering to avoid missunderstandings.

These Terms and Conditions rule all conditions, rights, and obligations that may be applied to the process of getting tickets and extras for Transition Festival through the website www.transitionfestival.org (“Web”) or any other authorised channel related to the next edition of the festival, rescheduled to 20-27 April 2021 in Carretera Cabezudos (Almonte, Huelva).

The acquisition of the tickets represent the acceptance of the following conditions:

- The ticket grants the access to the camping area and the festival stages until all activities area closed on Tuesday 7:00 am

- The organization reserves the right to modify the price of the tickets in any moment.

- The ticket can be presented digitally or printed and will be exchanged for the official wristband which will be placed by the security on your wrist. They will not admit broken tickets, false, or any other anomally. The official wristband is the only valid element that can get you inside the festival areas.

- The organization is not responsible of any broken or lost wristband, being the customer the only responsible of it.

- All the tries to harm, lie, or disrespect the organization will grant the right to ask for legal measurements agains the subjects.

1.1 – Festival Pass: it grants access during the whole festival period (7 days and 7 nights) to the camping area and the festival stages.

1.2 – Weekend Pass: it grants access during the weekend (from Friday 12:00) to the camping area and the festival stages

The cost of distribution is not included in the ticket price. Each vendor applies their distribution costs. The organization is not responsible of fake ticekts.

3.1 The organization reserves the right to alter, change, or suspend any of the perfomances of Transition. The organization will do its best to keep the announced artists, to avoid unnecesary incomodities when rescheduling the timetables.

3.2 In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the festival due to force majeure causes, reimbursements will be available following the article nº 36 of RDL 21/2020 of 31sT of March, modified by the fifth final disposition from RDL 21/2020 of 9th of June. This will not happen if the festival has already started; weather conditions and changes in the program do not give right to ask for reimbursements.

The organization reserves the right of admission. Access will be denied in the following cases:

1. They do not follow the advices of the organization
2. They behave violently or they risk the wellbeing of other participants
3. They introduce dangerous objects that can cause damages
4. They do disturbing activities, dangerous, or illegal
5. They are dealing with drugs, or they are under the influences of them.

In any of the cases the withdrawal of the wristband and the deny of reimbursement will be applied in this case. Due to this, in the entrance of the festival the customer will be subject for a legal search, not allowing the entrance of dangerous or forbidden objects like crystal, containers, lugage, or cans.

Children under 12 years old can access to the festival without the need of purchasing a ticket. Children under 18 must be accompanied with their legal tutor or parents. The parents must write a letter where it authorises the presence in the festival.

All image and intellectual property rights derived, directly or indirectly, from artistic presentations or any other that may result from the celebration of TRANSITION are reserved, being strictly prohibited the capture, filming or recording of images or sounds without prior notice. written authorization of the organizer.

The attending public consents to their appearance in images taken by any type of medium for their subsequent informative, promotional and / or commercial dissemination of TRANSITION and authorizes their use. Images can appear in any medium and medium around the world and indefinitely.

The organization will have available the disclaimer book for any customer who asks for it.

The personal data of the users of this website will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and current regulations on the protection of personal data. The organization will be entitled to take the legal measures, both civil and criminal, that it deems appropriate against those responsible for any attempted fraud, raid and / or damage caused to the organization, directly or indirectly.

These conditions will be regulated by the applicable Spanish legislation. When the applicable legislation allows the parties to choose the jurisdiction, the parties, expressly waiving any other that may correspond to them, agree to submit knowledge of the divergences that may arise from the interpretation or application of these conditions to the courts and tribunals without prejudice to the rights of the consumer who may claim before the courts of his domicile.
